We are following guidelines and recommendations from the City of Chicago, State of Illinois, CDC, WHO, and our professional associations. We have taken the following measures, along with numerous other procedural changes, to ensure your safety while receiving care at Tribe:
- Where possible, soft furnishings have been removed
- All high touch surfaces are sanitized with a CDC recommended sanitizer frequently throughout the day
- We have placed UV HEPA filtration units in each treatment room and our waiting room, and have installed UV sanitization lights in our ductwork
- We have closed our waiting room, and are asking clients to wait outside until their practitioner is ready for them to enter
- Our tea and water station is temporarily closed
- Our front desk is also closed and payments are either being taken online or at the end of sessions by contactless payment
- We are staggering appointments to minimize crossover in our hallways
- Practitioners and clients must wear a mask at all times while on the premises, unless medically exempted
- Clients and practitioners are screened for symptoms and exposure risk 24 hours before arriving at Tribe, and again upon arrival
- Clients must use hand sanitizer immediately upon arrival and wash their hands before entering the treatment rooms
- Our studio is open to small groups (under 12 people) with social distancing and sanitary precautions taken

Tribe, A Healing Arts Community Studio and Therapy Rooms are ideal for:
- Pro-level members who are just getting started in private practice
- Pro-level members who have a couple of regular clients but are not ready to take on their own office
- Pro-level members who have a thriving practice but feel isolated working in an office by themselves and prefer shared spaces
- Pro-level members who mostly work with clients via video or phone conference and want to connect with their peers in person
- Pro-level small group workshop, class and program facilitators looking for a well-equipped studio to host attendees (equipped for up to 16 persons)
Chicago-based (and visiting) Pro-Level members have access to:
- Exclusive contracted use of Tribe’s space for private practice or group programs within our private therapeutic treatment rooms and studio
- Public-facing visibility of your profile, practice and/ or event listings on our website directories
- Community social gatherings, co-working and business-building events
Practitioner Space
TREATMENT ROOMS
Five treatment rooms are available to suit a number of practices and styles. All rooms are furnished with a removable massage table, rolling stool, rug, wall art, client chair, folding desk or workspace, air purifier, cleaning supplies and storage space. Each room includes comforts such as facial tissues, adjustable lighting, and table warmers.

Treatment Room users are responsible for:

+ A self-managed method for client scheduling and payment
+ Leaving treatment room and common areas in the manner found and adequate for immediate use by colleagues

WEEKLY SCHEDULE OPTION
Set your own schedule by selecting single or multiple weekly half and/or full days. Get your practice started for as little as $150 per month with one morning or afternoon per week:
One dedicated 7-hour half day per week: $150 per month
7am-2pm or 2:30pm-9:30pm in the same room, on the same day of the week, every week
One dedicated 14-hour full day per week: $260 per month
7am-9:30pm in the same room, on the same day, of the week every week

Our 600 sq. ft. (20’ x 30’) storefront studio is equipped with a mirrored wall of storage cabinets for coats and equipment. Our inventory of equipment/ supplies provide for versatile setup needs. Hanging curtains and window shades soften the room and allow for either an open and sunny or a quiet and cozy atmosphere. A dedicated spacious, accessible gender-neutral bathroom is located at the back of the room, alongside a kitchenette and back office to ensure an easy and seamless event.

+ Any printed event materials (i.e. instructional guides) and promotional materials
+ Food or additional beverages
+ Leaving the studio in the manner it was found and adequate for immediate use

FLEXIBLE USE OF OUR STUDIO
Facilitators are welcome to book educational/ therapeutic one-off workshops/ events, weekly/ monthly event series, and ongoing classes.
Combined Therapy Room + Studio Use Fees: $150 6-month facility use fee + $20/hourly booking
Studio Use Only: $75 6-month facility use fee + $20/hourly booking
Weekly studio special (discounted fee for 1-hour sessions lasting 12 weeks): $15/hourly, processed as a $60 monthly payment on the 1st of each month for 12 weeks.
