Finding fellowship – people who have similar goals and interests as you – can be beneficial in many ways, including being inspired to commit to self-care. While self-care is a personal practice, when you take care of yourself with others you find it easier to stick to your wellness goals and be more consistent with your self-care practices. In turn, you see better outcomes!
