Having a greater capacity to breathe deeply and comfortably has numerous benefits, not just at the physical level but mentally, spiritually + emotionally as well.
Join me for a gentle, all-levels hour of yoga to support better breathing through asana that mobilizes the spine, ribcage, chest + pelvis, pranayama that supports easy breathing + contemplation that connects you to the life-giving essence of the breath.
This session is for those who:
-lean into a slower, more gentle yogic approach
-are curious about yogic philosophy beyond asana/ postural yoga
-wish to find some freedom in breathing
-have limited breathing capacity and want access to better breathing
-wish to enhance their personal yoga practice
-are seeking in-person experiences through the lens of self-care
