
Self-Care for Moms
Self-Care for Moms is a workshop that is designed to help you examine all the important areas in your life and create space for yourself.
As mothers, we find ourselves prioritizing the needs of others and managing the continuous cycle of daily tasks. Our wants, needs, and dreams often take a back seat to the current family priorities or problems.
This workshop will help you:
• Identify the life areas that are important to you
• Gain an understanding of which life areas are energizing you and which ones may be exhausting you
• Create a plan for big or small changes to help you participate in things that restore you and bring you joy
Areas addressed include personal care, nutrition, exercise, stress, rest, sleep, relationships, parenting, work, home management, intellectual stimulation, creativity, spirituality, and fun
