SACRED: a healing sound journey
Step into a sanctuary of sound and relaxation with SACRED: a healing sound journey.
Allow the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, and chimes to create a calming symphony within your body and being. Utilize the healing power of vibrational medicine to deepen the connection with self, revealing the whole + vibrant presence of your existence. Experience the SACRED activation of your heart center + cultivate a profound connection with your one true self.
Join sound alchemists and intuitive guides Cari Rogers and Katie Riffel on this healing journey as they guide you to a space of deep reverence, inner peace, and heart-centered wellness. This is your sacred right.
About the experience:
You’ll be invited to lay down or stay seated, close your eyes, and relax. You’ll then be guided with a calming meditation followed by an immersion of sound therapy instruments. Notice the sensations of the sounds in and around you + wash away any blocks or tension. A time for silent integration will follow after which you’ll be softly guided back to the waking world. The intention is to promote a sense of inner calm so that you leave the space feeling more grounded, refreshed, and fully present.
Your experience is going to be truly individual and unique from the person next to you. All you have to do is show up for yourself and surrender into the SACRED.
A full body cushion and water or tea will be provided; please feel free to bring additional comforts such as a blanket, pillow, or eye covering if you desire. A journal for sacred record-keeping of your experience is recommended.
Doors open at 7:15pm so that you can settle in for a prompt 7:30pm start. Late entries are not allowed, and there are no refunds for no- shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the event.
“We think that the point is to pass the test or overcome the problem, but the truth is that things don’t really get solved. They come together and they fall apart. Then they come together again and fall apart again. It’s just like that. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.” –Pema Chödrön
