As the shortest day of the year gives way to the growing light, we invite you to immerse yourself in a serene sonic journey that will harmonize your mind, body + spirit. Amidst the serene backdrop of winter’s beauty, your skilled sound healers will use an array of instruments, including crystal + Tibetan singing bowls, elemental chimes, tuning forks + percussion to create a symphony of soothing ethereal sounds. The resonating vibrations will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, promoting inner stillness and a sense of profound peace. This experience is an opportunity to pause, reflect + embrace the seasonal transition, setting your intentions for the coming year. Whether you’re a seasoned visitor or new to sound baths, “Quietude” offers a safe + inviting space for all to experience the power of sound in a unique way. - Optional yoga mat (we have an assortment of cushions + chairs on hand as well)
- Anything to make you feel more comfortable + cozy laying or sitting on the floor (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)
- Closed container (we have water + tea available on site)
- Eye cover (optional)
Doors open at 7:15pm so that you can get settled in for a prompt 7:30pm start. Late entry is not permitted after 7:35pm so plan to be early! Registration closes at 12pm on day of event. This ticket is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the event, or if you no-show/ are denied late-entry. *While this experience is facilitated to be gentle to the nervous system, sound therapy (like any modality) can stir the nervous system response in many ways. Be mindful of health conditions any sensitivities that may arise, and your personal comfort with a group event. Please contact the organizers if you’re uncertain.
