Improving Concentration & Mindfulness Workshop
Upon completing this 2 1/2 hour workshop, you will learn various techniques that can, over time and with consistent practice, help to further tame the “hamster wheel” of thoughts or the “monkey mind”. You will learn how to improve focus, and detach from thoughts both in meditation and in regular life more frequently, for longer periods of time, and with greater ease. We’ll have some fun with exercises involving painting, candles, physical movement and even fruit to improve concentration!
