Join this informative + insightful hour to learn about the role of a doula in helping you to prepare for a “good death” and to explore your relationship to dying.
This workshop includes a simple presentation, practices to support your exploration, and plenty of space for questions + dialogue.
This workshop is for those curious about:
-a relatively unknown role that supports a dying person and their loved ones
-confronting fear and anxiety around loss, death + dying
-comforting tools that support preparation for death and the process of dying
