Breath-Centered Meditation
“Breathe deeply, until sweet air extinguishes the burn of fear in your lungs and every breath is a beautiful refusal to become anything less than infinite.” – D. Antoinette Foy
Experience breath-centered meditation in a subtle practice that honors each individual’s window of tolerance (the best state of ‘arousal’ or stimulation in which we are able to function and thrive in everyday life, as noted by Dan Siegel). When we exist within this window, we are able to learn effectively, play, and relate well to ourselves and others.
Meditate + explore your relationship with your breath + nervous system in this gathering facilitated by an end of life doula + meditation guide dedicated to supporting your personal meditation practice within a curious and compassionate circle.
The meditation will be about 30 minutes in length with time before and after to discuss/ integrate.
No experience needed. Dress comfortably and bring a journal or any other items that support your practice.
Cost: $20
($16 for tribe pro members who register through your member portal!)
