1. What is the highest intention/vision you hold for yourself in this new experience?
2. What must you embrace right now to welcome this intention/vision?
3. What must you let go of/release to further this intention/vision?
4. Is there any specific action or next steps for you to engage in to expand this high vision?
Taking a moment to reflect on these prompts will help you to stay focused on your goals, giving you clarity to act in a way that’s in line with them. When we forget to take time to contemplate before a new experience, sometimes we lose sight of our original vision. Use this reflection anytime you wish to stay focused on and achieve your goals.
